White Lotus Farms Bakery & Café brings the essence of its beloved Ann Arbor farm into a year-round destination for nourishment, creativity, and community. Rooted in Buddhist philosophy, the space embodies balance, intention, and compassion, offering a welcoming environment where food, connection, and mindfulness converge. Farm-grown and house-made ingredients to expand what was once solely a seasonal market on the farm grounds into an additional permanent haven for fresh, authentic, and artfully prepared fare.
In addition to bakery and café offerings, the space features a thoughtfully curated retail component, including botanicals, fresh pastas, artisanal cheeses, and branded goods—extending the farm experience beyond the table. The design evokes calm and artistry through natural materials, color, soft lighting, and handcrafted art, while celebrating multicultural influences and authentic culinary traditions.
