Situated along Detroit’s iconic Avenue of Fashion, this new boutique grille brings elevated dining and design-forward energy to one of the city’s most historic commercial corridors. Conceived as a modern neighborhood destination, the restaurant blends approachable cuisine with a refined atmosphere, creating a space that feels both vibrant and intimate. Rooted in the avenue’s legacy as a hub for Black entrepreneurship, culture, and style, the grille reflects the spirit of reinvention that continues to shape the district.
The design draws inspiration from Art Deco through an urban lens, reinterpreting classic geometry, symmetry, and metallic accents with contemporary materials and bold textures. Rich finishes, custom lighting, and graphic patterns establish a sense of rhythm and movement, while warm tones and layered lighting create an inviting dining experience. The result is a sophisticated yet accessible environment, where heritage meets modernity, and where food, design, and community converge along one of Detroit’s most celebrated streets.
